Do you do custom orders?
I love to do custom orders, so generally the answer is yes, depending on what my schedule is like and what you've got in mind. If you are interested in any kind of custom order, please email me at the address listed above so we can discuss the specifics.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. Generally, orders go out within one day but sometimes things get a little hectic around here, so it may take a few days to get your package ready to go. We will email you when your package has shipped and let you know the estimated delivery time.
How will my order be shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We ship via first class mail or priority mail. First class and priority are essentially the same service, the only difference is that first class mail is for packages that weigh 13 ounces or less. Priority is for packages that weigh 13 ounces or more. All orders are securely and professionally packaged and mailed in a bubble mailer for safety.
I need rush delivery! Can you ship my order faster?
We certainly can! If you need rush delivery, please email us BEFORE you place your order. We will give you a shipping quote and, if you agree to it, we will send you an invoice. Rush delivery shipments ship via USPS Express Mail which offers next day delivery service to most destinations. The cost varies depending on the weight of your package and where you live. Generally the price is between $15-$30 USD.
I have a question about the status of my order. Who can I talk to?
If you have a question, please just email me at the address listed at the top of this page. All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation which allows us to check on the status of your order via the USPS website. The information that USPS provides is not exact, so I won't be able to say, "Hey, your package is in Oklahoma, it'll be in your hands in two days!" However, I can check the status and say something along the lines of, "It left so-and-so post office two days ago and is still in transit. It should be there very soon!"
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on damaged or incorrect orders. We take great care to package items carefully but if something should arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within one week to discuss a return.

We promise to never, ever, ever sell your information to anyone. We will only use your contact information to contact you about your order and to ship your order to you. We will not put you on our mailing list unless you want to be on it. We do not send out any unnecessary emails because we really hate spam around here. A lot.
Can I trust you with my credit card information?
Absolutely! All transactions go through a renowned, industry-trusted third-party payment processor over an encrypted channel. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card information.
